- Your Eaglescan subscription will be a pre-paid subscription for a duration of one year; or as otherwise agreed upon by both Eaglescan Technology Ltd and the subscriber;
- You may cancel your subscription to Eaglescan at any time. However, you may not be refunded
- Your access to Eaglescan expires after the set period of one year due upon subscription
- We may cancel these terms and conditions if any of these terms and conditions are violated;
- We may deactivate your account and disable access to Eaglescan and/or request that you immediately carryout any of your responsibilities under these terms and conditions.
- If we do this, we do not give up any other rights that we may have by law, including the right to ask for and get compensation from you.
